We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Most orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (EST) will ship the same business day.
We currently only ship within the Lower 48 United States. You can easily see our shipping estimates within your Shopping Cart (click "Estimate Shipping & Tax" below the items you have added).
Please be aware, your order may ship via a different carrier than you chose at checkout. The shipping estimator is just that, an estimator, but you will not be charged extra if the actual cost is more. For example, if you chose UPS Ground, we may actually ship your order via USPS Priority for quicker delivery. We will determine the shipping carrier during our order fulfillment process.
We can fulfill international orders, but it's not a function we perform on a daily basis. Please contact us prior to placing an international order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
ORM-D products cannot be shipped via air (i.e. USPS Priority). ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials-Domestic) products include aerosol cans, some chemicals, some batteries, etc.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return items must be in original, new, unopened condition to receive a refund. A five percent (5%) restocking fee may also be assessed for unwanted returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. In the rare instances an item is defective, please contact the manufacturer. Please review the product before opening the packaging, ensuring it's what you intended to purchase.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will begin to process your product refund. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once the appropriate information is obtained you will be given an RMA number along with return shipping instructions. Please do not return an item without first receiving return authorization from us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
